Ibought Hyundai i10 on 4th June from Advaith Hyundai, Residency road, Bangalore.
Imust say I was very impressed by offer and service that I got at theshowroom….My main contact was Jay Shetty (Avaith Hyundai, Outer Ring Road) whohandling Infosys customer and Puneet was my showroom contact.
Whatreally impressed me was the promises kept and prompt response to my numerousquestions (related & not related)….Within short notice my car was deliveredon time and all pre-sales promises kept.
Ihave already started spreading the message about the car and service offered to mycolleagues and I am sure some of them are already motivated to go for Hyundai.
Keepon the good work Jay and Puneet……..I feel these guys deserve more appreciationand good wishes.

Myexperience at this place was very good. They are very friendly, eager to help.Mr Mahesh, Manager Sales was the person I dealt with for the purchase. He wasvery friendly, eager to serve and did not make false promises. He was prompt tofollow-up and best part is he kept his word and delivered the vehicle on thedate promised. Good Job.
Imust also mention Santosh, sales executive was also very good to deal withinitially.

I had purchased my Getz PrimeGLS from Residency road showroom. The sales guy in question was named Harish.He is a cool guy and he resolved all my queries. I was totally happy with hisservice and infact I call him even now for any issue/question he is noverreluctant to help. I would advice people going to the Residency road AdvaithHyundai, bangalore,to ask for Harish.Now, since my office is near ITPL I do the servicing at their Whitefieldservice center of Advaith. I am completely happy with their services till nowand I have no complaints. The person I always go to is named Yogish there.Again, I would advice people going to the Whitefield Service Station of AdvaithHyundai, Bangalore,to ask for Yogish.I feel the support form different dealers and service station varies fromperson to person so I have choosen guys who provides good customer service.
